Traffic exchange. Do they work? Which one is best?

Hello my friends. I am not really big on traffic exchangers because in the past I was into a bunch of them and only made a few sales using those sites.

However, I may have found a TE (Traffic Exchange) website that I believe may be one of the very best. It's called Traffic Swirl

I say that because, once I was able to save enough credits (I always try the free part of any website first before ever upgrading so that I can offer to my people a free way to get traffic, then maybe upgrade after seeing the results) I then was able to advertise my website and boom, I had a bunch of people looking at my website and from that 3 people actually joined a couple of my programs.

It can seem overwhelming at first, but it's super simple. Surf, surf, surf. Then once you surf 1000 sites, you can then do tasks which will give you great amount of tokens and then you can convert them tokens to credits and you are on your way to promoting your website.
